Our Guarantee
We build our products to perform in the toughest conditions, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. Because our products are personal care items, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with a focus on fairness and getting you taken care of.

Returns & Exchanges
**Window:** You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
**Condition:** To be eligible for a full refund, items should ideally be unused and in their original packaging. However, if you tried the product and found it wasn't a fit for your skin or lifestyle, please reach out to us anyway—we want to make it right.
**How to Start a Return:** Send an email to nathanmuilman@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If a tin is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at nathanmuilman@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement out to you right away.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The money will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
