Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery
We know you want your gear out in the field as fast as possible. We pack and ship everything directly from our workshop to ensure quality control.

Processing Times
* All orders are processed and packed within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays). 
* You will receive a notification email with tracking information the second your shipping label is printed and your package is ready to move.

Domestic Shipping Rates
**Standard Shipping:** We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (typically delivers in 3–5 business days once shipped). Shipping rates are a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping or $15 for Expedited 1-2 business day shipping.
**Free Shipping:** We offer free standard shipping on all orders of 2+tins. 

Lost or Missing Packages
Every shipment includes tracking. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't seen it, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If it's still missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, reach out to us at nathanmuilman@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
